- No refund of registration fee will be made by Rotary Club of Madras Heritage once the registration application is satisfactorily accepted.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to understand the eligibility requirements of Rotary Club of Madras Heritage before deciding to register for the event. If a participant registers and later determines that he or she is ineligible to participate in the program or event, no refund of the registration fee will be made.
- Once the event registration is confirmed and the participant has been successfully enrolled, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.
- The Rotary Club of Madras Heritage reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or format if required due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, but registration fees will not be refunded.
- Candidates need to ensure that the information submitted by them is correct and true in all respects. In case any information is found to be incorrect or false at a later date, Rotary Club of Madras Heritage shall have the right to cancel the registration. In the event of cancellation of the registration due to furnishing of incorrect or false information, the fee paid by the participant will not be refunded, except as decided by the management of Rotary Club of Madras Heritage.
- In case of cancellation of registration by the participant for any reason, Rotary Club of Madras Heritage will not entertain any request for a refund of the registration fee. However, in exceptional circumstances, if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to unforeseen reasons, the registration amount may be adjusted or refunded at the sole discretion of the management of Rotary Club of Madras Heritage. The decision of the management in this regard shall be final and binding.
